1. SECTION A – Consultation and Support

3. SECTION B – Consultation Packages

4. SECTION C – Delivery (No technical support)
| Invoice value less than R 2 000.00 | As per standard call out fee (see Section A) |
| Invoice value more than R2 000.00 | Free |
5. SECTION D – Outsourced Repairs
- Standard Call Out fees apply.
- Time taken to uninstall or reinstall the equipment onsite will be as per standard rates. (see Section A)
- NB: Repairers may charge a quote rejection fee. This is Payable by the Client.
6. SECTION E – Warranty Repairs
- Standard Call Out Fees Apply Unless Its Manufactures Production Factory Fault.
- Time taken to uninstall or reinstall equipment onsite will be as per standard rates. (see Section A)

- The above pricing is effective as of 10 DECEMBER 2021.
- Normal business hours are from Monday to Friday between 08h00 to 17h00.
- Call Out radius are calculated from our premises which are Located the Following Address:
- 09 Aerodrome Crescent Street, Industrial Site, Mahikeng.
- All prices quoted on this page are strictly Cash On Delivery (COD).
